This is a pair of mounting adapters (driver and passenger side) for Toyota vehicles designed to accept tweeters with 1.75" diameters like the Focal in the picture.  They typically mount in the upper front doors.  The tweeters snap in with a pretty good interference fit but a little hot glue on the back would be advised before sealing up your door panels.
