Here's a detailed breakdown of the process used to create this high-fidelity model: The photoscan was performed on a Toyota Supra CT26 with a 7MGTE turbocharger, using a Nikon D5300 camera. The images were then processed in Lightroom for optimal results. Next, RealityCapture software was utilized to generate a highly detailed high-poly mesh from the scanned data. A thorough model rework ensued in 3Ds Max, where UVs were assigned and textures baked onto the surface. Finally, Substance Painter was employed to add finishing touches to the model. The entire process reduced the original 7.5 million faces down to just 15k.
