Here's how you can easily fix a faulty upper hinge on your Toyota Sienna or any other model sharing the same part number. Just print out this custom-made replacement part using ABS material and secure it firmly to the opposite side of the hinge using a plastic body pin and some Gorilla glue. After just six years, the original hinge seized up and separated from the door, but now your fuel door is good as new with no problems whatsoever.
