This accessory is designed specifically for the 2005 Toyota Sequoia, but can also likely fit other similar Toyota models and years. Easily lost items like these simply snap onto your vehicle and off again. I took measurements from my remaining functional one to model it accurately. Recently, I posted updated pictures in comments, taken five years later, revealing that they still look brand new! As for printing instructions, a 0.2mm thickness in PLA material on a Mendel90 3D printer works perfectly.
