My friend had a magnetic wired charger installed in her car, but she wanted a way to simply drop her phone in place without having to fiddle with it.\r\n\r\nTo solve this problem, I set up a solution by request that "locks" the phone into position behind the shifter. When you're driving, your phone is safely out of reach, preventing you from texting while on the road.\r\n\r\nThis project uses older magnetic chargers and may require some minor modifications to work with newer adapters. If there's enough interest, I might create a modern version or even one that uses QI technology.
