This model comes in various formats including .max, .obj, .lwo, .xsi, .c4d, .fbx, and .3ds. It features detailed exterior with semi-detailed interior, where each object is labeled with its material name for easy customization. The .max format includes 3ds Max 2011 with V-Ray materials shown in studio renders, while the .obj format contains two versions: one exported without mesh smooth and another applied with mesh smooth. The .lwo, .xsi, and .c4d formats are exported without mesh collapse for editing purposes. Textures may need manual addition, especially in Cinema 4D where some elements might require optimization. The polycount is 280,000 polygons without mesh smooth and 2,400,000 faces/1,300,000 polygons when collapsed.
