As for Cinema 4D, that model has low or med poly mesh which looks exactly like what you see on preview images but some elements need a little optimization for them to look perfect and good-looking in this specific scene setting. So whether you want an extremely detailed scene, super simple and elegant, with many opportunities to customize the textures or environment yourself as much or as little as possible - there are several different options that suit any mood or creative vision!
