Toyota OEM Style Trailer Hitch Cover / Plug

Just purchased a used Toyota Tacoma and the trailer hitch showed signs of rust and an unappealing appearance. Naturally, it was missing the OEM plug/hitch cover, but I had one from my older totaled Tacoma on hand. I ended up measuring everything off the original OEM hitch plug/cover and redrew it all in Fusion 360. From there, I customized it with some Toyota logos. Personally, I found the OEM to be somewhat unattractive. I attempted to include a variety of different logos in the STLs but ran out of time... sorry Tundra. **Included Designs:** - Tacoma Logo - 4runner Logo - Toyota Trucks Logo - TRD Logo - Toyota Logo - Blank Cover **If you plan on making this for yourself...** 1. You will also want to ensure your printer is properly calibrated so the print is nice and tight, since you won't want this thing falling out on the highway! 2. You're on your own since I only made this for myself. 3. And if you plan on frequently popping the hitch cover on and off, you may want to look into some kind of flexible filament since it will probably wear away the harder plastics quickly, making it too loose to stay in place. Making this plug even more like the true OEM plug would be a good idea using a flexible filament. 4. I added all the drainage and seep holes. If you decide to make this in PETG, you will probably need to use the drainage holes with a flat-head screwdriver to pop this thing back off. It's a very tight fit if your printer is properly calibrated! **Just be smart and don't put this on your car or truck if it's loose in any way!** I'm including the Fusion 360 file for anyone who wants to customize by extending the inner plug to add some holes for a lock, as well as anyone who wants to use their own logos and designs. **If you make or remix this, let me know how it all goes!**
