A custom centre console is designed for the Toyota Landcruiser VDJ79 series utes. The console is printed in three parts. The front section features a pen/pencil holder, drink container, glasses/spectacles compartment, dual USB charging port, business card dispenser, and more. The rear section includes a mobile phone holder, removable utility tray, and hidden storage space. A dovetail joint connects the two main sections. This console fits between the existing console and drink holder without needing any modifications to the vehicle. It is designed for printing with support material, and PETG is the most suitable material due to its heat resistance. PLA can also be used but may warp in a closed car on a hot day. On February 2, 2017, a revised rear section was added to increase clearance around the hand brake mounting bolt. A pdf drawing with dimensions is also available. These large prints take a long time to complete as shown in the photos.
