I drew a picture of my FJ40 grill in Inkscape, then used those proportions to create this design with OpenSCAD. The FJ40 grill is unmistakably iconic, so I thought it was worth taking on the challenge. I haven't attempted to print it yet, but I'm aware that some cleanup will be necessary for it to come out right. I plan to revise this into a keychain eventually. UPDATE The second design (the one with "_2" appended) has been shrunk down by 25% to yield dimensions of 183.75mm x 37.5mm. The texture on the grill is 0.5mm wide by 0.5mm high, which should be accurate enough for me to try printing it. The third file has been scaled up to 35% and rotated 45 degrees so that it fits diagonally across a print bed. Its dimensions are 257.25mm x 52.5mm, with the smallest part measuring 0.7mm.
