Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 Clutch Delete Plate
thingiverse
This is a firewall block-off plate for an FJ60 Land Cruiser that has been converted to an Automatic transmission. My Cruiser has an LS swap with a 4L60E automatic transmission, so there is no need for a clutch pedal or clutch cylinder. This assembly covers the firewall opening where the clutch cylinder used to be. Simply remove the unused clutch master cylinder and install this plate on the engine side of the firewall. Side note - the brake pedal from an FJ62 (automatic trans) fits the Fj60 (manual trans). Replace the pedal arm and you have a proper automatic-style brake pedal. The assembly consists of 4 parts: 1. block off plate - printed with ASA or ABS to withstand engine compartment heat. 2. gasket (optional) - printed in TPU. Provides a better seal to firewall 3. M8 hex bolt - this bolt is held captive in item 1 so you can easily install a nut from the inside without a helper to hold the bolt. 4. M8 Hex Nut (2 req'd). Designed with Solidworks and printed on an Ender 5 S1 (ASA) and Ender 3 S1 Pro (TPU). I used black Polymaker ASA for the plate and black Overture TPU for the gasket. Required hardware is (1) M8x20 hex bolt and (2) M8 hex nuts. The TPU gasket is optional, but it was added to make a better seal with the firewall.
