Keyfob button replacement made to fit a Toyota Rav4 from the year 2006. The parts were printed using a flexible type of PLA filament, specifically Easyflex TPE in a diameter of 1.75mm. To ensure smooth printing, use a consistent speed of 30mm/s for all print layers and accelerate up to speeds of at least 180mm/s during non-print moves. In order to get the best results from your printer's hotend, set it to an operating temperature of 220 degrees Celsius, while keeping the heatbed set at a stable temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. 100 percent infill printing helps strengthen parts against impact and stress by adding structural material within every layer, creating strong internal supports that add integrity and reliability to each part.
