Toyota Highlander wireless charging mount holder

V2 has undergone significant improvements. Please review my other projects. *** Do not print this in PLA as it will melt or sag inside the car *** *** You must provide a charger *** This design is tailored for a 2019 Highlander, but it should also fit 2017-2019 models; I am uncertain about compatibility with other years. I utilized carbon fiber PETG from Atomic Filament to create this product. For the arm, I employed 20% infill, and for the rest of the design, 40%. You can opt for a lower infill rate, such as 10%, and still achieve satisfactory results. The two discs are TPU washers that prevent the arm from spinning. The smaller diameter washer goes above the arm, while the larger one is positioned below. To assemble the screw halves, I applied glue; however, you can choose not to do so. If you attempt to remove this component while it's unscrewed, it may fall apart. Instructions for assembly and installation: 1) Ensure all USB cover doors are closed to prevent interference. 2) Insert the cable through the bottom piece, then place that below the dash shelf in the Highlander and snake the cable upwards. 3) Next, insert the cable through the top piece and rest it on top of the USB hole. 4) Join the two arm pieces together using an M3x8-M3x12 screw; glue can also be used as a substitute, provided it does not melt inside the car. 5) Insert the screw handle up through the bottom and through the hole in the top piece. Place the large TPU washer, followed by the arm. 6) Position the small TPU washer and then secure the thumb nut. Tighten and adjust the charger's position as needed. I have included a ball-end version that I did not test; it should be more versatile for other chargers. This design combines elements from various projects: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3106554 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2064269 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2123529 UPDATE: This is a significantly improved charger, but it features motorized side arms that open and close when inserting your phone. I question its long-term durability; the ball mount has been updated accordingly. The cable used is barely sufficient: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q9LJWTL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This charger was utilized for the project: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FXP58WH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
