I tightened the plastic strap securing the lines to my forklift after it snapped. Using calipers, I swiftly fashioned a replacement part. As soon as I obtain some nylon filament, I plan to print out a new strap with superior durability. Meanwhile, this emergency repair was executed efficiently with PLA material at 30% infill, wrapped in two shells. My trusty printer hummed along at a consistent temperature of 210 degrees extruder and 55 bed temperature, while the painter's tape ensured smooth surface quality. Instructions For optimal performance, print with PLA at 210 degrees extruder and 55 degree bed using 2 shell layers and 30% infill. However, to boost durability even further, I highly recommend opting for 100% infill made from robust nylon.
