I'm swapping out the slippery, miniature stock knobs for premium audio knobs on my vehicle. I've got three different designs: a rotor riot logo, a Toyota truck logo, and a plain one. To print these custom knobs with excellent surface finish, I use supports. With the logo facing up, they print flawlessly. I can also print them without supports by having the logo face down, but the surface quality isn't quite as good. When printing the logo on top of the bed, I pause the process and swap out the filament at just the right moment to ensure a smooth transition.
