Toyota Corolla Break Light Cushion

I designed a replacement break light switch cushion for my 2000 Toyota Corolla instead of taking it to the automotive shop for repair. To manufacture this part, I used a Folgertech 2020 i3 printer with specific settings: Rafts can be omitted since they're not necessary in this case. The same goes for supports which are also unnecessary here. A resolution of 0.2mm was chosen to ensure precise details. For the infill, 100% density will enhance the part's strength as it compresses over time due to constant pressure. After locating the broken pieces from my car's foot well, I reassembled them and measured their dimensions carefully before importing these measurements into Fusion 360.
