TOYOTA Center Cap for OEM 17" steel rims (42611-0R020-SW) on Toyota RAV4. This unique application requires a specific approach. The center cap threads directly onto the RAV4's axle bolt (M22x1.5), necessitating removal when tires are taken off the vehicle. A raised edge on the cap overlaps the center hub opening, effectively repelling debris. To secure the logo piece to the cap, an all-weather adhesive is required. Cyanoacrylate (Superglue) supposedly works well with 3D filaments, but I did not test it as I chose not to use the logo piece. The logo piece is a modified version of vitaminrad's Toyota Emblem found on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:770588 A two-color logo piece requires an M600 command in the gcode at Z HEIGHT 1.6 when printed at 0.2 resolution. PRO TIP: Wear rubber gloves or wrap a rubber elastic around the cap for better grip when threading it onto the axle bolt. The cap remains secure indefinitely, but time will tell!
