Toyota Camry Console Divider

This is an organizer designed specifically for the 2019 Gen 8 Camry LE Hybrid - it may fit other models, but I have not tested its compatibility. It does not extend from top to bottom; instead, it is intended to hold smaller objects and papers & gum boxes along its sides, while larger items can be laid flat on top. The holes are strategically placed to minimize plastic usage while allowing easy finger access for sliding out contents from the side compartments. Initially, I attempted to print this organizer as a single unit but encountered issues with adhesion due to insufficient bed area. To resolve this challenge, I broke it down into individual components using tabs and slots that can be glued together securely. A small amount of super glue applied to each tab ensures a strong bond. Printing with horizontal holes proved significantly faster than vertical ones. The settings used were 0.4mm nozzle diameter, layer height (LH) at 0.2mm, first-layer thickness set to 0.35mm, and a print speed of 60mm/sec. The tabs and slots feature a clearance of 0.2mm all around, which has worked well so far. The tab measures 7.00mm x 2.00mm in size, while the slot is slightly larger at 7.40mm x 2.40mm. Users may find that these dimensions require some post-processing to achieve a snug fit, depending on their printer's specifications. In my case, the two smallest pieces seem to fit better when printed with the bed facing towards the joining tabs. To assemble this organizer, print one copy of each part from A through F and two copies of G. The divider.stl file serves as a reference for assembly purposes.
