My new Toyota Auris MY17 comes without a phone holder that fits today's smartphones perfectly. I can only store it in the cans holder or closed compartments. I've replaced the central cans holder divider with a versatile phone stand that meets my needs. I've designed three versions: two for iPhone6/7, one with and one without Apple's original protective cover, and one that works universally. The iPhone stand keeps the phone upright only. The one made specifically for naked iPhones can safely hold it upside-down without damaging the camera lens. This design ensures maximum protection and versatility. This universal stand can accommodate phones up to 10 mm in thickness, whether they're held vertically or horizontally. Important Note: Please be aware that this phone stand is not designed for phones with screens on while driving. Using it in this way would distract the driver and put themselves and others at risk. This stand is meant only for phones that should never be watched while behind the wheel.
