Printed out a copper silk emblem and top plate, while fashioning the bottom from a block of glow-in-the-dark ABS plastic. Once complete, the two parts were carefully assembled, with a gentle application of acetone used to soften the ABS and facilitate a snug fit. The resulting assembly was securely fastened in place on the grill.
