Toy Truck Concept V1
thingiverse
This is a toy truck concept I designed and printed for the reddit /r/WeeklyPrinter challenge. I built the truck in eSun Black PLA with precision, using .2mm resolution that was later upgraded to achieve even finer details. Reducing it further to .1mm would undoubtedly produce an exceptional finish. Settings: A .1mm layer height was used, along with 1.2 mm wall thickness for added durability. The infill percentage was set at 20% for a balance between strength and weight. Printing temperature reached 200 C, while the build plate temperature was kept at 85 C on a glass surface. To achieve optimal results, I maintained a consistent print speed of 30 mm/s. The truck was successfully printed on my Monoprice Maker Select V2.
