Toy train with tender and box car. (fits BRIO tracks)

I printed the original Toy train for wooden railway (BRIO) by Gromaz on my resin printer and it was a struggle to get the parts to print flat and to get all the parts to glue tightly. So I rebuilt it as a single part. Which my child destroyed in almost two minutes. So this started a few revisions to create a version that I could print that could survive being loved by my kid. Took a few tries but so far the 9th version has stood up months of abuse from my kid and two nieces. The only original part is the wheels and the assembly jig which you can find on the Toy train for wooden railway (BRIO) by Gromaz. Because they are awesome and I could find no room for improvement. To build the wheels you will need a 2mm steel rod that you can cut to length. I have been cutting them with a Dremel tool cut off wheel. You will also want some 4mmx2mm magnets to couple the trains together. Pro tip. Stronger is not better. The magnets fit VERY snug. This was by design to prevent them from falling out. Add a drop of crazy glue before you put them in and I do not know any way to get them back out. So make sure you have your positive and negative right the first time. The wheels are held in place with the base. They are just glued on. You want to print so you do not get any support acne on bottom of the train or the top of the plate. If you do you need to sand that smooth. However, if you have a good flat surface they can be crazy glued together with the wheels in place and they are securely attached. Be warned, the bases all only go on one way so pre fit before you glue. I need to fix that at some point but, have not yet.
