I created a replacement wheel for a toy train from scratch. It's likely adaptable to other toy designs built with the same concept. The wheel diameter measures 37.4 mm and its axis is 3 mm in size. Print Settings: Printer: Print Rite DIY Rafts: Not used Supports: Not needed Resolution: Set at 0.2 Infill: At 20% density Notes: The print was made with green PLA material. Slic3r software was used for slicing. Four perimeter layers and four to five solid top/bottom layers were set to make it durable enough for kids. The outcome could be improved, possibly by adjusting the slicer settings or using a different slicer program.
