Toy Train Turntable for Wooden Railway sets (BRIO etc.) Simple turntable compatible with Brio wooden railway system. There are two variants; one with a single track and one with two tracks. Both turntables have three parts; the track, the rotating platform and a handle. Print the platform and the track in PLA, 0.2 mm layer height and 10-15% infill density. Print the handle with 0.1 – 0.2 mm layer height and 20% infill. For best results, this small part should be printed slowly. After printing, clean up the center hole in the platform with a 4 mm drill. Attach the handle to the rotor with a dab of plastic glue. Thread the center hole in the track with a 4 mm tap. Using a 4 mm x 12 mm countersunk screw fix the rotor to the track. Back the screw off until the rotor can freely turn. If you have problems with the screw loosening later, put a small drop of superglue into the hole on the underside of the track to secure the screw.
