Create a sword perfect for your 2-6 year old dragon slayer with an adult version available as well. Follow these instructions to make this fun toy using printed parts, foam pipe insulation and a 1/4" rod or dowel. Print the handle and blade plug, ensuring support at the blade stud. Drill holes if needed and cut pipe insulation and rod to size. Apply hot glue to assemble the sword, being cautious of melting the insulation. After cooling, enjoy wielding your dragon-slaying weapon!
