Toy steering wheel
thingiverse
My 3yrs old sun is obsessed with cars, so I decided to create this toy for him. Here's a preview how it works: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/PNI4xbONl3Q To fully assemble the toy, print: 1x column 1x cap (with or without the text) 1x bearing 1x base 1x base mirrored 6x wheel part 3x wheel connector 3x wheel arm All components print without rafts and supports. You'll need to rotate upside down some of them (wheel part, column, cap) for printing in your slicer. The wheel parts and connectors fit super tight and after assembly they hold strong without any glue applied. Depending on your printer, you may need to file off the connector a bit to make it fit with the wheel parts. The column cap thread also required some polishing before I was able to screw it in, but once fit, it holds perfectly. The bearing's parts once printed might be "glued" together at the print bed, but I just cut them with a small knife to split them apart and then the bearing works perfectly.
