That is a pin holder for a bowling toy sold in Russia, but I'll make one, if you have something similar with a maximum pin diameter of about 65 mm and a pin neck (where the holder snaps to) diameter of around 53 mm. I can print it without top and bottom solid layers so that you can fit a handle or carry strap.
