Introducing Toy Patrol Station v0.1 - my recent creation! I plan to enhance this model with additional details such as a flag stand, trees, and more. The entire structure is designed for easy assembly using the click-fit mechanism; no glue required. Printed using PLA and ABS materials, PLA components offer strong, non-disassembling pieces, while some minor sanding might be needed for ABS parts (depending on settings). Upper parts are made of ABS (white sections), with other parts in PLA at 0.2 layer height and 60mm/s printing speed. Some parts require minimal support, which can be enabled without significantly increasing print time. For optimal results, set infill to 25%; my photos showcase a prototype that demonstrates the importance of this setting. I've also included a SketchUp file for customization and suggest scaling down by 20% for matchbox car size. Future improvements include adding stickers, refining the roof design, and incorporating features such as houses, train crossings, bridges, and trees.
