Toy Gun. Spring powered.
thingiverse
Simple toy gun. Works well with half size Nerf Darts with added weight or anything else that fits. requires a spring and a few screws. (Spring C-766 from hardware store) Instructions: Refer to pictures for clarity The mounts are to be glued to the body. line up the holes and inside edge(super glue works well). Put the spring in the barrel and slide the pull through the back. push the slide onto the pull. align the cutout of slide with the hole in the barrel and attach with a small screw. place the trigger pieces into one half of the body and put the two body halves together with screws. Screw the barrel onto the body, add the barrel cap ( glue or tape to make press fit). A dampener will need the be added around the back of the pull. Ive used a chopped Nerf dart and some tape. Ready to go. lubricant can be added to trigger pieces to smooth motion but should work without. Printing: No Supports needed requires moderately good tolerance to work well. all parts should be printed with multiple walls (min 3) for strength and good infill(min 12%) the slide and pull should be printed 100% infill. Bridging may help on slide.
