Toy 1:10 H015 Sentry Droid (Star Wars: The Force Awakens & The Last Jedi)

This is a 1:10 scale "toy" H015 Sentry Droid. It's been modified heavily to print OK at 1:10 scale. Most notably the antennae and other thin/tiny details (though the Lego Greeblies on the bottom print OK, so they get to stay). If you print it at 55% of this size (5.5% of life size), then it is about perfect for the 3 3/4" Star Wars figures. The tolerances for the parts are aimed more at the bigger size, so you may have to sand a little to get the top attached to the bottom. We build Lego Star Wars droids, so when I learned about H015 in The Force Awakens, we decided to build it. (This was before we'd even seen it - BB-8 was already on our agenda though). You can check out our Lego full-scale build log on RebelDroids.net For various reasons, the Lego droid has been complicated. Our original plans "skirt" didn't fit around the Lego at the bottom. We know Lego, the Lego was right, so that meant the 3D model needed help. After carefully reviewing photos taken from Star Wars Celebration: London, we were able to get it figured out - good enough for a toy anyway. Full disclosure: Gearbest gave me the CR-10 that I printed this with, so I feel sort of obligated to put it through it's paces.
