Town House Extension parts
thingiverse
I made some changes to the Detailed Town House STL files on Thingiverse(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:943662) to extend its capabilities. Now, you can add upper floors by printing L_Wall_1stFloor and I_Wall_1stFloor four times each. Next, consider adding stairs or an elevator; sunscreens with new Exterior_Brick_Clad parts are also on the agenda. I added a sliding door, three parts wide, as shown in the pictures for reference. On January 5th, I updated the model by including bigger Floor Beams and new exterior wall slabs with vertical planks, which print best with woodfill. To create a flat roof, add six more parts to the existing ones. Then, use the standard Floor_Beams and Floor_Slabs in combination with these new parts. On January 8th, I added three chimney parts that work in conjunction with the Flat Roof components. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .15 Infill: 20% Notes: Top and bottom layers were printed four times at layer height, and three perimeters were used. Pictures of the printed parts will be added soon. I designed this model by modifying existing STL files from Thingiverse 943662 using Sketchup.
