Tower, small pillar calibration

Tower, small pillar calibration

thingiverse

This is a small printing test I've designed to see how well my printer can print tiny pillars - the smallest ones on top are just 0.5mm high, and it might be tough for the slicer software to detect them. Print Settings Printer: My trusty Custom Rostock model takes center stage. Rafts: Absolutely none in this design. Supports: None whatsoever. Resolution: We're going for a super-fine 0.01 precision setting here. Infill: The entire structure will be fully solid, with 100% infill density. How I Designed This Every detail of this test print was carefully crafted in Solidworks 2016 Student Edition - keep in mind that this is purely an educational exercise, not intended for any commercial use whatsoever.
