Wanted to design my own speaker enclosures for my boat, so I came up with this custom solution. They will fit most 6-1/2 and 6-3/4 inch speakers. The inner hole size is 5.5 inches, and the outer size is 6.8 inches, while the total height of the enclosure is 7.45 inches. The mount is a separate piece that I'm going to modify and create different versions for. The first one I designed fits 2 inch 3/8 tubing. I used two 1/4-20 Allen head screws that are 2 inches long, which pass through the top, then a 1/4-20 lock nut is press-fitted into the bottom mount. Sizes: * 2 inch 3/8 * 2 inch 1/4 (2.25 inch) * 2 inch * 1 inch 3/4 (1.75 inch) Print the top mount at 50%+ infill. The mount is secured to the can with a 3/8 bolt and nut. If you're interested in printing the mounts but need them for a different tube size, please let me know and I'll adjust the design accordingly.
