Tower of Darkness (28mm/Heroic scale)

We just snagged a CR10S 500 and are itching to test out its 500mm X/Y/Z capabilities. To do this, we're launching into a massive monthly design, dubbed Monthly Massive ™? This behemoth stands at an impressive 22" tall - the tower's body takes up about 14", while the top adds another 8". The interior is fully detailed with stairs and platforms that wind their way to the very top. Before anyone gets excited, we're not splitting this series into smaller models that can print on more standard printers. However, we are leaving the door open for remixes, so one of you might just be the hero we need! We printed this beauty at a .2 layer height and it devoured about 1 1/4 spools of black PLA - all within a 3-day timeframe. The model is showcased with our ScatterBlocks.
