This 3D model originated in Sketchup 14 and was then successfully transformed into every other format imaginable. The native format is the exclusive .skp, while the 3ds Max scene proudly showcases 2016 version, brought to life with Vray 3.00. Real Good Toys gets credit for the initial design, but I've added some personal touches of my own - a rear wall and garage extension plus tweaks inside the house. The result is an impressive 5-bedroom spread paired with 2.5 bathrooms, plus a special theater above the garage and countless other enticing details to discover. Take a glance up at the top floor where a lovely balcony adorns the tower. Now head on upstairs, where you'll find two bedrooms, a tower room, and a storage area all tucked away in the attic space. A convenient jack-and-jill bathroom graces the 2nd floor along with a sumptuous master suite and inviting balcony that overlooks the entrance area. Step down to the main level, where you'll find a warm country kitchen, a spacious living room, a handy mudroom, and half-bath.
