Tower Diamond
thingiverse
The model features a diamond-shaped design created by stacking towers of cubes with spirals wrapped around them, supported by larger cubes at the vertices. The structure is complex and requires additional supports to prevent it from collapsing during printing. To simplify the process, I recommend using Cura's tree support function, which has proven effective in my previous models. Set the branch angle to 40 degrees, branch distance to 1 mm, and collision resolution to 0.2 mm for optimal results. When printing small versions (less than 70 mm tall), use high-density cubic infill with a range of 85-99% to achieve stability. For larger prints, you can experiment with different infill settings to find the best balance between weight and print time.
