Its native file type is .skp, while a 3ds Max scene uses 3ds Max 2016 and was rendered using Vray 3.00 Tower 42 is commonly referred to as the Natwest Tower, and it currently stands as the city of London's tallest building. Within the broader landscape of London, it holds the third spot in terms of sheer height. Constructed between 1979 and 1985 over a period spanning six years, the Tower 42 rises at an astonishing 183m. Upon its completion in 1986, this massive structure was officially declared as the city's tallest until the topping out phase of One Canada Square was initiated within Canary Wharf. Perched atop the building is a highly exclusive champagne and seafood bar on the 42nd floor known as Vertigo 42 which marked the final point for Jeremy Clarkson and his Top Gear crew in their high-octane challenge that featured pitting a Bugatti Veyron against a private plane across Western Europe's terrain. Many speculated it was designed to reflect the logo of the Natwest Tower when viewed from the air, an idea which Natwest utilized extensively in TV advertisements. However, Richard Seifert always maintained his architectural design never intended to represent the iconic bank logo in any form.
