A custom-designed 11-story high-rise building, spanning a 50' x 112' site, offers commercial/retail space on the ground level and nine floors of residential units. The structure was created using Revit 2015 and brought into 3ds Max for merging. Rendering utilized Vray and HDRI, though the latter is not included in the file. The model features a concrete texture, with ease of modification to materials and colors. Interior modeling of the tower is omitted, showcasing an empty floor plate.
