This is a simple end cap to go on the end of a piece of metal tubing. I used these to make the ends of the tube for my Towel Rail Extender look nice. Set the outer diameter to match the outer diameter of the tubing, and the inner diameter to get a snug fit. Maybe add a dab of hot glue to keep it in place.
