Implemented entirely from scratch, following the basic concept of the [hook by SergeyKarpushin](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2365512).\r\n\r\nThis plate-and-hook setup greatly increases the size of the sliding mechanism (and therefore makes it much less fiddly to print).\r\n\r\nMy printer sometimes prints with a slight elephant's foot, so this also reduces its impact significantly (for the plate more than the hook - tighten up the lower corners of the hook with a dremel if it doesn't slide in easily).
