Towel Holder for Oven handle
thingiverse
I created a towel holder for my oven bar because I got tired of towels slipping off the round handle. To solve this problem, I designed a clip with a hole that narrows into a channel. Here's how it works: you put the corner of your towel in the hole and slide it into the narrow channel. You can adjust the design settings in the SCAD file using OpenSCAD to fit different-sized handles, change the length, or use less material. It might seem confusing at first, but it's not too difficult to figure out. My original version had a simple clamp and a flat piece for the circle and slot, but it was weak around the hole because there wasn't much material supporting it. To fix this issue, I added a taper to the design, which provides more support and prevents the holder from breaking under stress.
