Towel hanger for suction cup

This is based on mkfloria's design: Towel Horse. I wanted to incorporate that design into suction-cup hooks that I have. They have a pump/vacuum action when you pull the hook down. I thought I could substitute the hook for a more suitable appendage, no offense to pirates intended. The hook is held to the base with a pin that can be removed carefully; it only goes one way and you don't want to lose it or damage it as you'll need it to assemble it again with the towel holder. It should be pretty straightforward to assemble, but if not, there are a couple of pictures available.
