This precision cutter is engineered to divide 1in x 18in Tourniquet rolls into two equal lengths along the lengthwise axis. The resulting tourniquets can then be repurposed as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) / Mask bands, providing a non-latex alternative. The cutter's design allows for secure mounting on a flat surface, enabling multiple cutters to operate simultaneously. A key feature of this tool is its adaptability: the handle includes a 13mm diameter hole, permitting the insertion of a rod that drives all cutters in unison, ensuring efficient and precise cutting.
