A modular electric skateboard battery and vesc housing. Suitable for flat-packed battery packs. Can be arranged in multiple configurations, such as 5, 7, or 3-piece arrangements for various deck lengths. Standard design was intended for a 40" longboard deck with slight concavity, but not drop-through. Overall length of 5 sections (2x End, 2x Ext & 1x Mid) is 600mm. It measures 200mm wide, with 25mm internal clearance. Adding a neoprene seal around the perimeter will increase internal clearance, or you can extrude the walls to your desired height. The updated end section includes provisions for a Volt LCD display, an on/off switch, a charge point, and phase cables. A picture of the items this design accommodates is included. Available on eBay and other platforms. This design is not intended to be waterproof, but you can use strong PVC tape on the underside to create a seal between the printable sections. To achieve optimal results, print with 100% infill for added strength, and have the sections printed in a vertical plane for the best finish.
