TouchDRO Enclosure for Arduino UNO LATHE
thingiverse
TouchDRO case running on an Arduino UNO with room for a proto shield, bluetooth antenna, and 2 micro USB ports has been successfully implemented. I utilized Yuriy's code from http://www.yuriystoys.com/p/android-dro.html to compile the sketch in Arduino IDE. The TouchDRO app was downloaded from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yuriystoys.dro&hl=en on an old tablet, and two iGaging digital scales were attached to my 9x20 lathe https://www.ebay.com/itm/iGaging-Digital-Readout-EZ-VIEW-DRO-PLUS-12-AC-Capable-Remote-X-LG-LCD-Display/232495730474?hash=item3621d34f2a:g:41gAAOSwFb5aQrMT. Everything has been working flawlessly, and I've just finished printing a decent case. A TouchDRO case that accepts 3 USB ports for my mill is in the works. .step, .sldprt (solidworks), and .stl files are provided for any editing you wish to do. Thanks for taking a look!
