Toucan, a safety cutter

Just another safety cutter, moderately useful and moderately cute. The blunt side of the blade sticks out from the back of its head just enough to serve as a glass-breaking tool. It's meant to be printed in one single piece; you'll need a disposable cutter blade that's about 18 mm wide. Find the bigger ones. The insert is calibrated for a 3-unit piece, or the final piece at the end of the blade (that's the one I used). Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 30% Notes: This is a bit different: 1) Coat the blade with hair spray. 2) Stop the print at 3.25 mm. 3) Place the blade into the inset. 4) Restart the print. To get a better look, you can skip top and bottom solid layers; this way, the fill pattern can be used to achieve a better grip. Try to put a solid layer in the middle to make it tougher.
