The settings used were a layer height of 0.2, no hole inclusion, horizontal picture shape in "hd", and text lines 1-5 left blank. Text size was set to 10, the picture orientation was horizontal, and there are 20 layers. The image file is named "lithopane_new20140330-17533-ek8v7o-0.dat", with a hole diameter of 10mm. Text reversal and vertical position were not applied, while the pane size was set to small.
