Totem Gift Box
thingiverse
The lid is a mashup of the original lid and a totem pole, swiped from Pinshape.com: https://pinshape.com/items/15175-3d-printed-totem-keychain-pencil-holder The latest version doesn't expose the bolt head; it uses the lowest 10 mm of the totem pole. Print Settings Printer: zortrax m200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.190mm Infill: Low Notes: Checking out the photos, you can see that the labyrinth looks much better, and that's spot on. The totem is printed with a 0.190mm resolution, and the labyrinth with 0.090mm... I just didn't have the endurance. I only used supports for things with an angle to horizontal of less than 20 degrees. A postscript: Today I printed it with support for everything over 45 degree overhang, and that actually made a noticeable difference in the surface quality at 0.190 mm. I'm tempted to do a run at 0.090 mm, even though it takes ages... View the cover photo in full size to see what I'm talking about.
