My wife found that magnetic note pad and the white chalk pen while shopping through IKEA. Since i don't like searching for the pen everywhere, i designed a quick solution to keep it where it belongs. I used 20x5mm magnets from older projects as starting point for the base. For everyone else i provided an STL with a solid base. You can use features like the negative volume modifier in Prusa Slicer to create holes for other magnets of your choice. I recommend to use magnets up to 5mm in height. The hole is oversized in depth to 5.5mm because i have not used supports. The magnet fits very well and is held in place by friction. Just press it in. Will fit any pen with a diameter of 16.5mm Printed in PETG but PLA should work as well.
