Total Nuclear Annihilation (TNA) Sub Port and Plug
thingiverse
This design is specifically tailored for a TNA pinball machine speaker enclosure, although it can be easily adapted to work on any enclosure featuring a 50mm port hole. To bring your project to life, print the port and plug at a layer height of 0.2 millimeters. Inside the port hole, you'll need to carefully cut out the screening material - don't worry about cutting the entire thing; simply remove half of it and push the remaining portion inside when inserting the port. By implementing this modification, I've noticed a significant enhancement in the sound quality produced by my subwoofer. However, there's still room for improvement: sealing the enclosure and adding sound-deadening material within could take the sound quality to the next level - but this design is definitely a great starting point.
